Get To Know Us

The Albion Health Care Alliance (AHCA) was established in 2002, after the Albion Community Hospital closed.  In part, it was created to ensure that Albion area residents had an organization in the community to advocate and ensure that access to necessary health care services were and are available to residents. Its mission is to be a recognized and trusted Albion community partner helping area residents achieve optimal health.

  • Operating the Dr. Ralph and Mary Cram Medical Center, which houses the Calhoun County Public Health Department, Grace Health Dental Services, Oaklawn Audiology, Whole Family Direct Care, and AHCA offices.
  • Feeding residents through the Community Table of Albion.
  • Teaching residents about health conditions through our Learning Lunches.
  • Connecting pregnant women, parents of toddlers, and caregivers with community health information and resources through our annual Healthy Babies Day event in September.
  • Other opportunities as they arise.
