Neighborhood Wellness Center

Do you need medical help or maybe you're not sure where to go? Albion has a Neighborhood Wellness Center, courtesy of the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.
This center offers:

• blood pressure screenings,
• blood sugar screenings,
• cholesterol screenings,
• and on-site Community Health Worker who can connect you to the help you need
