Mission Statement
The Albion Health Care Alliance will promote wellness, access to health care, and care coordination to enable people in the greater Albion Community to achieve their optimal health status.
The overall goal of the Executive Director is to provide all (Albion) health care initiatives under the auspices of the Albion Health Care Alliance. This will be accomplished by collaborating with all providers of health, human, and social services. This information will be dissemintated to residents via multiple outreach efforts.
